Precision Strikes used to be stupid easy to obtain. I remember one match i played i literally counted, and I am not exaggerating even a little bit, 14 Strikes in the first 6 minutes of the match. As it is now, Strikes are a reward for good squad...

Dispersion is only a good thing when it is used carefully on handheld weapons as a method of preventing people from being able to just hold down the fire button with impunity, imo. I don't agree with the concept in regards to vehicle turrets.
